Planning, management, and oversight for community infrastructure project

A small community required help in tendering, coordinating and overseeing a small infrastructure construction project. AIWUC prepared tender documents; assisted the community in contracting services to execute the project; and oversaw the completion and commissioning of the necessary systems.
